Our Teachers

At Little Lambs, our teachers are the heart of our program. Each member of our team is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and faith-filled environment where children feel loved, valued, and encouraged to grow.

Our teachers bring a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting each child’s unique developmental journey. Through meaningful relationships, engaging learning experiences, and individualized attention, they help children build confidence, develop important skills, and discover the joy of learning.

More than educators, our teachers serve as positive role models, demonstrating kindness, patience, and Christ-centered values in their daily interactions. By partnering with families, they create a strong foundation that supports both academic success and spiritual growth.

Haley Minor Director

I married my high school sweetheart in 2011. Our family consists of our son Marcus, our daughter Montana and our Australian Shepherd, Eazy. My husband and his family own a car dealership in Big Lake (Dan’s of Big Lake.) I have my Associates of Arts Degree with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education. I’ve worked at Little Lambs since 2008. I began my career as an aide, completed my teaching degree and was a lead teacher through 2015 at which time, my skill levels and passion moved me into an administrative position. In 2018 God led me to work as Co-director, and in 2020 the opportunity arose become lead director. I have a passion for sharing the gospel and helping people on their faith journey. It is an honor to come alongside your family in raising up the next generation of Jesus followers!

Molly Ames Assistant Director

My husband, Jason and I love to do things outdoors. I have 4 years of college credits from Anoka Ramsey and St. Cloud State University toward an accounting degree. I enjoy running and have accomplished 2 half marathons and am looking forward to participating in my first full marathon soon. I truly feel blessed to be working with children and having the opportunity to watch them learn and grow from day to day.
